Underground courses are approved by two different audiences in Florida - The State Fire Marshals office AND/OR the Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulation (DBPR). We have courses for both agencies.
Underground contractors with a fire discipline are licensed by the State Fire Marshals office and licensed as a Fire Protection Contractor 5. There is a separate license through the Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulation (DBPR) for contractors licensed as Underground Utility Contractors.
