# I Need Help Accessing Old Courses and Certificates

## We can help you access courses or certificates you've taken from us in the past.

We keep extensive records and can easily help you obtain proof of past course completions. 

### If the courses are still in your account

You can easily download certificates of any courses you've completed by visiting your [My Courses](https://eticed.com/my-courses/) page.

Any course that shows complete will have a small certificate icon to the left of the "Complete" tag. Clicking on that certificate button will download the pdf to your computer.

### If the courses are no longer in your account

If the courses are no longer in your account, we can send you copies of your past certificates. **[Please contact us](https://help.eticed.com/kb-tickets/new?hsLang=en)** and we'll email you copies of your certificates. Please allow one business day for us to process your request.
